Organic type 0 flour, obtained from the grinding and consequent sifting of soft wheat, freed from foreign substances and impurities.
Medium strength product, suitable for soft and hard doughs, with medium - long leavening times (about 12 hours) and long maturation times in the fridge (24 - 48 hours); good hydration (about 55%). Ideal for the preparation of leavened bakery products, both sweet (leavened pastry, babà, puff pastry) and savory (bread such as Pugliese, ciabatta and Ferrara; pizza, focaccia).
Organic wheat flour * type 0. It may contain traces of soy. It can cause reactions in allergic or intolerant subjects.
Shelf life: 6 months from the date of production. Store in a cool and dry place, away from heat sources.
