Exclusive collection of classic method sparkling wines produced, in a limited edition, with only carefully selected grapes from the "Cru" of the Etna and Contrada Bonincontro vineyards.

Nerello Mascalese grapes, grown at high altitudes on volcanic soil, prove to be an ideal base for the production of classic method sparkling wines. The Sosta Tre Santi Etna DOC Brut is the result of a long and careful production process. At least 24 months of aging on the lees in the bottle are required to produce a sparkling wine capable of representing, in an authentic way, the unique characteristics of Nerello and the Etna terroir.

Grapes: Nerello Mascalese

Vineyards: soils composed of volcanic sands, derived from the disintegration of the lava masses, very rich in minerals, located at an altitude ranging from 700 to 750 m asl with considerable temperature variations between day and night. Training system: counter-espalier with spurred cordon

Collection: manual in crates, between the end of September and the beginning of October

Refinement: at least 24 months on the lees in the bottle

Perlage: fine and persistent

Production method: classic method, with soft pressing of the grapes, fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature for 3 weeks and subsequent refermentation in the bottle

Alcoholic degree: 12% vol.

At the sight: straw yellow

On the nose: complex and elegant with fruity and floral notes, and typical hints of bread crust and yeast

On the palate: in the mouth a great minerality and a notable acidity stand out
