Organic type 1 Mallorca soft wheat flour, suitable for doughs with short rising times (4 h). Ideal for confectionery products and small dry pastries (cakes, shortbreads, biscuits), crêpes and batters, fried desserts (zeppole, frappe, etc.). Mixed with flours of greater strength, it can be used for bread making or for leavened confectionery products (brioches, muffins, panettone and colombe, etc.), giving a typical aroma to the final product.
The flour is obtained by milling with natural La Ferté stone - sousJouarre which allows to keep the germ and, thanks to the low processing temperatures, does not overheat the product, preserving its nutritional and sensorial characteristics.
