Hybla is a new interpretation of Cerasuolo di Vittoria DOCG, red from the ancient ones
and noble origins. Blend of Nero d'Avola and Frappato, it has a beautiful cherry red color
and a rich aroma of red fruit and floral hints. Its smooth and full taste is
combines perfectly with the typical flavors of Mediterranean cuisine.

Grapes:Nero d'Avola 60% - Frappato 40%

Vineyards:soils with a sandy texture located at 200-250 m above sea level; Training system: spurred cordon counter-espalier for Nero d'Avola, guyot for Frappato

Collection:manual in crates, in the second half of September

Maceration:cold for 24 hours

Fermentation:for about 10-15 days at a controlled temperature (22-24 ° C)

Refinement:mainly in steel, followed by a short passage in tonneaux and a maturation of at least 6 months in the bottle

Alcoholic degree: 13,5% vol.

At the sight:cherry red color with bright purple reflections

On the nose:intensely fruity with prevailing notes of raspberries and blackberries

On the palate:soft, balanced and with a good structure
