From an ancient vine typical of south-eastern Sicily comes this wine that is striking forthe fragrant pleasantness of its aromas of fresh red fruit, blackberries and blueberries, whileon the palate it stands out for its liveliness and softness.


Vineyards:soils with a sandy texture located at 200-250 m above sea level; training system: guyot

Collection:manual in crates, in September

Maceration:cold for 24 hours

Fermentation:for about 10-15 days at a controlled temperature (22-24 ° C)

Refinement:in stainless steel tanks and 1-2 months in the bottle

Alcoholic degree: 12,5% vol.

At the sight:ruby red with lively violet reflections

On the nose:lively with fragrant notes of fresh red fruit and berries, from blackberries to blueberries

On the palate:fresh, fruity and soft

Pairings:excellent with pasta with tomato sauce and sweet and sour vegetables, or with the classic Neapolitan pizza; it can also be a valid alternative to white wines to accompany particularly tasty fish dishes
