Dried pasta of durum wheat semolina grown exclusively on the Sicilian territory, under the agricultural regimebiological. Our caserecce are bronze drawn and slowly dried at low temperatures. Thanks to their shape and porous surface, they hold any seasoning, from the more traditional ones, such as ragù and tomato and basil, to the richer and more original, both meat and fish based.
